Our Commitment

WCAG 2.1 AA Conformance

Launchly is committed to providing a web experience that is accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard.

Current Status: Our primary learning platform, including the LMS and main course catalog, is fully compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA. We conduct quarterly automated scans using Axe and manual audits by our dedicated team.

Ongoing Efforts: Accessibility is a continuous process, not a destination. We have appointed Sarah Jenkins, Head of Product Design, as our Accessibility Officer. She oversees remediation of reported issues and ensures new course features are built inclusively from the ground up.

Known Limitations: While we strive for perfection, some legacy assessment tools and third-party integrations may occasionally present compatibility challenges. We are actively working with vendors to resolve these issues.
