Binding Agreement
By accessing or using the Launchly platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the service.
Launchly provides a rigorous, cohort-based educational platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Launchly Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Eligibility and Security
To use Launchly, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
Pricing and Refunds
Launchly operates on a subscription model for its cohort-based courses.
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated below. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and select digital payment methods. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fee upon registration and for recurring payments at the start of each new cohort.
Refund Policy: Launchly offers a 14-day "no-questions-asked" refund policy for new enrollments. If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not attended more than two modules, we will process a full refund. After the two-module threshold, or for any course already in progress, no refunds are available. However, we may offer a one-time deferment to a future cohort if documented extenuating circumstances arise.
Community Standards
Launchly is a professional learning environment. Respectful, constructive, and ethical behavior is mandatory.
You may not use the platform for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to the distribution of malware, phishing, or harassment. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or curriculum provided by Launchly.
You may not share your login credentials with others or attempt to access the platform on behalf of another user. Sharing course materials for profit or redistribution without explicit written consent is a violation of these terms.
Course Ownership
We own the proprietary content of Launchly.
All course materials, including but not limited to video lectures, transcripts, slides, coding exercises, quizzes, and curriculum outlines, are the exclusive property of Launchly and are protected by international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or publicly display the course content without our prior written permission.
Usage Restrictions
Verification of completion does not imply professional accreditation.
Upon successful completion of a course or learning path, a user may be eligible to receive a Launchly Certificate of Completion. This certificate is not a degree, diploma, or certification granted by a university or an accredited professional body.
You may display the certificate on professional platforms (such as LinkedIn) provided you are the individual named on the certificate. You agree not to misrepresent the certificate as an endorsement by Launchly or its partners. Launchly reserves the right to revoke a certificate if it determines the completion was achieved through academic dishonesty or a violation of these Terms of Service.
Risk Disclaimer
Launchly is not responsible for career outcomes or external events.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Launchly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.
We provide the platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by California law.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Notification Process
We reserve the right to update our policies at any time.
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
